In this personally guided group or individual lesson, you will learn about the individual exercises in the meditation series, what effect they have, and how to practice them correctly.
To open the body system, we do the Sun Salutation and then a Pranayama exercise to balance the energies in the body, before we begin a meditation with which we further open ourselves to experiencing our true Self, which is beyond our body system.
