1. Morning

FBY Basic Exercise Series (~55 mins+):

1. The Physical Body: Sun Salutation, Asanas (~15 mins)
2. The Pranic Body: Strong Yogic Breathing (~10 mins)
3. The Emotional Body: Unconditional Acceptance and Love Energy (~10 mins+)
4. The Mental Body: Conscious Manifestation (~10 mins)
5. The Causal Body: Self-knowledge Meditation (~10 mins+)

2. The Rest of the Day

I. Live Consciously:

1. Be in the spiritual heart and in the position of the observer of the observer with your attention, but at the same time also fully IN your bodies in the here and now.
2. Look at the world with the awareness that everything and everyone you meet is, in essence, God.
3. Consciously create thoughts that manifest the reality you want to experience, and let go of thoughts that create a reality you do not want.
4. Live by the Yogic Code of Conduct:
Yama: 1. Don't be violent; 2. Don't lie, truthfulness; 3. Don't steal; 4. Focusing on the essential; 5. Not wanting to own
Niyama: 1. Purity; 2. Contentment with what is; 3. Discipline; 4. Study of scriptures and self-reflection; 5. Trust in God
