From 09.06.2025, FBY yoga classes will take place in Varna, Bulgaria. If you want to take part, please just write me a message here.

Times & location (summer 2025):

Mon-Sat mornings or late mornings: in the Black Sea Culture Club or, if the weather is good, in the Sea Garden.
Mon-Fri afternoons or in the evening: in the Sea Garden (only if the weather is good).

The classes will take place with a minimum of 3 participants and the exact time will be arranged.

Prices:

One class: 20 Leva
Block of 5: 90 Leva
Private class: 60 Leva

The fee will be collected before the start of the class.

Contraindications:

If you have any of the following contraindications, please let me know before the class in a message to me:

Fractures, disc problems or herniation, sciatica problems, knee injury, pregnancy, stomach ulcer, hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, heart disease, severe lung problems, anxiety, recent panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, recent major surgery on any of the organs, tendency to epileptic seizures, other serious illnesses.

What to bring:

Please bring your yoga mat. If you don't have one, please let me know before the class in a message to me.
And... if you find the time, it would be good if you read a bit on my website before the class.
